These look like modern apartments in Europe! Love the cheery colors. I would live on the yellow side and cram my balcony with purple flowers. Was expecting to see microapartments, but I can understand why you went with single family accomodations. Could theoretically cram two, maybe more apartments in, but the sims would be running into stuff and each other every time they turned around. They do that enough given spacious housing.
