This is really nice. It reminds me of something Frank Lloyd Wright might design. Something like Falling Water, with it's levels etc. The only thing I might add, are two sets of stairs going up, so the dumb sims don't stand there and flap their arms and scream.

You show a great deal of talent in house design. Thanks again.

Very nice house. I won't be downloading (my lot bin is about to explode) but I would if I had the space.

By the way, when I posted this, you had/have 16999 thanks in 66 posts.. I find that funny. (The numbers. 6 or 9 just flipped a bunch. Heh.)
