I love where you placed the shower. I don't know why that stands out to me, but I rather like it.

The building itself looks fantastic. Well done!

I have, however, one suggestion: just a cheapo bookcase hardly qualifies as "skill building items". In those screenshots, I see nothing for training logic, body, creativity... Maybe spending a little less on environment would save a few pennies for a cheap TV and an easel.

Apart from that, I like this home a lot!

Yeah you're right about that. I did put a easel but later i removed it because my sims for some reason coudn't use it.
