Lol! Then I guess your options are to either create a guy with very similar facial structure or one that's very proportionate to balance it all out. You could also create a male clone of her, but personally I think that would be just a tad too freaky.

I actually made this self sim a couple of years ago, but I don't think I ever put the pics of her or her children here.
I moved her in with a vampire and a zombie and she had kids with both (obviously a couple of cheats made that all possible ).
