Yes, you turn a communtity lot into a residential lot on the edit town screen. Very handy. I have made a beach lot as well but not uploaded it yet..
I like work, it fascinates me.
I could sit & watch it all day!

Hi guys. I'll try to get the base game object lot up as soon as I can. I'm in the midst of finishing up another lot that I'm extremely happy with lol So that'll be coming soon as well.

Just a comment, and this should be spread everywhere: PRESS ALT TO PUT YOUR ITEMS EXACTLY WHERE YOU WANT AND ROTATE THEM EXACTLY HOW YOU WANT.

Otherwise you're life will look like it's that of a maniacal guy who wants everything aligned (like the ones of previous The Sims )
