The cheekbones and short hair caught my attention immediately; she looks like a classy, retro, mod woman. I love the dark rouge accentuating them, too. Rarely do I comment on Sims but she was just eye catching to me. Great work.

are they? The instruction I see talk about installing a .sims2package file. Is that still how it's done? besides, this appears to be a .sim file.

Hey, thank you everyone!

That concept was actually where I was drawing inspiration from, ollyoxenfree!

For those of you who are confused as to how to download Sims, I have put instructions on the Overview and of the download. (The Install Instructions tab will bring you to instruction for TS2 because they have not been updated to include instructions for TS3, I suppose.)

But, because you must not have seen it here it is:
Extract the .SIM file and put into C:\Documents and Settings\My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\SavedSims. She will be in your Premade Sims in CAS.

If that isn't clear, just say so!

leogurl8: I would recommend HP's skins. I downloaded the extra shine and body texture, but not the face texture, but, I am definitely considering doing so.

You have no idea how much i love this Sim. When i first started to play TS3 many many months ago i found this character and fell in love... i've just started playing again(fresh install) and she's going right back into my household!

Does anyone else think she looks like a super cute Disney Character? :P~

She is the spit of the character in Megamind, I only saw the film yesterday...now I want a giant blue headed alien to go with her!
