I'm curious, how did you make the game recognise the lot as bookable (as a pool or otherwise)? I've tried building party venues and given up since they never show up as a location that can be booked by my sims.

Well, I tried having a wedding party there, but everyone showed up at my sim's home instead when she made the arrangement call from that venue lot. I ended up having to start over and have a private wedding there instead.

Still, I like this lot and I am happy to have it in my sim's town. Thank you.

To hold parties elsewhere, there's a separate option "Throw party at..." which then zooms out to map view and lets you select from a selection of some of the community lots.

The thing I'm having trouble with is getting my community lots to show up as being available to be booked that way. There's no obvious option that you can set anywhere.

I've tested to have a wedding at this venue and it worked fine, just make sure when you use the cell phone to call "throw party at" and then choose a community lot.

It's gorgeous. I've been looking for a way to give my sims their perfect weddings but was sorely disappointed with the lack of options the game provided.

This is the perfect solution and will be a beautiful lot in my neighbourhood.

Thanks so much!

I believe it is labeled as "pool" because of the pool tiles you used around a floral piece. Since sims are able to get in and out of pools without the use of a ladder now. Not that it matters, haha, just saying!

But, the lot is breath taking. I would love to have my wedding there~

Love it, thank you! Sure beats having thrown together, tacky backyard weddings as I've been doing for a month lol.

Wow this is charming, I was just about to marry my power couple when I realized "who gets married and holds the ceremony and reception in their own back yard?" Well, just not my sims, that's who. Thank you so much!
