Hi Tom,

Thanks so much for the compliment! I generally don't play with families in the Sims, and enjoy creating empty-nester/bachelor type homes. There's plenty of room on the 1st floor if you care to add a second bedroom. Plus, I suppose my own penchant for open and roomy spaces translates directly to my creations.
