Halleluja! A house which has a floorplan which actually makes sense! No giant bedrooms or bathrooms! No exterior entrances into a bathroom! Not requiring the sims to go through the garage move to important rooms! It looks like is was modelled after a real house. Good job!

Great floorplan and functionality, but it's very white inside. Oh well, I can spruce it up. Love the outside as well, thanx!

Designed to Sell!! This house is cozy with an excellent floor plan. I personally love the soft earthy tones. IMO, Color should be an accent that pops, not the center stage. HGTV would be proud! "smiles"
