I love this series. (I probably have 7 or 8 of them now.) When World Adventures gives us those promised massive basements, I think this will be the perfect front for some sort of secret lab or warehouse. ;-)

For now, a nice suburban home. ...

A piece of perfection...again! Ok, but one quick question, what am I missing, that I can't make my stairs like that..what's the trick? Anyone? Thnx in advance!

Another fantastic start home, I love these! Your design is excellent and I adore how well you have squeezed all of the rooms together, especially the first floor bedroom.

Peakabu, there is a tutorial about this particular kind of stairs – look in Build Mode tutorials: http://www.modthesims.info/forumdisplay.php?f=609 or in my profile in Articles.
