The interior design is cool.
This house looks a bit like that one: http://linna.modthesims.info/download.php?t=366683

Yes, it is based off the same plan, and I emailed that user to ask if it was okay to do my own interpretation of the home. However, I feel that there are many significant differences between the two homes. Examples include the floorplan and landscaping.

And thankyou for your comments, I really appreciate them.

Oh yeah, it's off of this site:
http://www.theplancollection.com/modern-house-plans

Which is also popular for this house:
http://linna.modthesims.info/download.php?t=367591

which has two versions lol. I like research

Anyways, this is really extreme, I love it.

There are three sides to a story:
Your side, the other person's side and the truth.

Nice work, Tom. It's obvious you put a lot of thought and time into the building of this. The finishes are wonderful, and all the small details are appreciated. Very, very nice job.

I really like all your stuff. I'm totally into modern homes, I downloaded empty Sunset Valley and am populating it with only modern!
I wish Sims 3 had a true top down view like sims 2, that was great for floor plans.

Really tight house you've made. The decorating is really complete and coordinates very nicely. I like the themes in each room and that you kept it all simple. The outdoor kitchen is a nice touch. I can see you put time into this, it's very refined.

Wow. This is wonderful. I absolutely love it and I can't wait to play with it!

Now that I've had a chance to see it in-game, I can honestly say that it's even better than I expected. Definitely one of favorite modern TS3 lots. :lovestruc
