Half walls? those look like half walls, how do you get them, I think that there is a mod on the site. Just confirming it its the mod that you used.

I didn't use a mod or one of the downloadable half-walls. I used the ConstrainFloorElevation cheat from the console. It took quite some time to get this to work correctly. It also should be noted that they aren't perfect. At points where the half-walls connect to the regular walls they would angle drastically. The only solution that I could find was to leave a one-tile gap at those locations.

This was a Sunset Valley plot. I'm not sure why it isn't working for you, other than the fact that Sims3 can be quite buggy. I haven't heard of others having any issues with it.

It takes a long time to exact a build from a floorplan, plus you needed to adapt for the low walls, AND decorating takes even longer . . . and you did an EXCELLENT job!

shows up in my housing thumbnail but when placed it's just a blank lot. Is Wa required perhaps? Sorry, I didn't see an expansion requirement in the description. Love this house btw I'd love to have it in game so I'm going to try downloading it again and clear all my caches first

blah sorry just saw my game isn't updated for this
