It's been a long time since I've seen some "Fledgling Flats" - welcome back. I really like the n x 1's and the 1 x n's since you can always fit them in somewhere.

Thanks for continuing to design for Sims 2.

Awesome! It's great to see that you're building lots again! The Fledgling Flats series is the best starter home series I've come across.
