"Ladyengland" this is a very nice starter home, I like the fact that the lot is a nice size and maybe one can add a place for a driveway.

I was amazed at the price of the lot, seeming as its SO big for a starter home. Downloaded, and off to play!

I've played the lot, and the home is fantastic! I removed the bathroom and extended the room on the left, and made the bathroom in the middle, which works MUCH better! 
If you do this, the room on the left becomes a double, rather than a single.
