when I try extracting it onto my game, it says I don't have the required expansion packs when I have pets. I really love this cat and really want to have it. Any way this can be fixed?

Try downloading and extracting it again. I re-uploaded the extracted file. Sorry for this inconvenience and I hope it works this time.

probably just my computer being stupid but it wouldnt let me install it because i 'dont have the correct expansion packs' but i do....

What was I happy when I found out how package files work!!
Yeah that was a long time ago and I couldn't find an explaination for the "weird paper-likely files which I couldn't even open" in the part for fracking idiots. But I found out how it worked and I think that this was the first thing I downloaded.
(Can you imagine, my father doesn't know how package-files work and I found out when I was 13 I think.) This was really my first package-file-download!!

This is quite possibly the greatest cat I've ever seen. Which is why I'm sad that my game won't let me use her. Can someone help?

I wish she was really a real type, maybe mix a Tuxedo with an Orange Tabby and something similar will be born, of course the name credit would be all yours. She will be one cat that will live with my many cool cats and see if a guy will date a cat lady lolz.
