That mixed stone/plaster exterior is just lovely, and the little back porch with the trellis and ivy is wonderful!

i've seen that trellis thing done a couple of times now and its all non cc so exactly how do u do that i would love to know because i have yet to see a trellis fence in game and i have all expansions.

SingleClaw,
Hold down the shift key while placing the lattice foundation over an existing foundation. I think you have to be on the floor above if I remember correctly.
