What if my sim falls in the omnivorous barrel? O.o
Can it be appeased with enough bills and homework, or is its hunger insatiable?

I'm curious why this method, and not a global to make bills invisible, auto pay them, or just not deliver them at all. I'm guessing that's been tried and there isn't a safe way to do it?

Evidently you're not known as "CatOfEvilGenius" for no reason!

But even with moveobjects on Sims are quite safe from the "barrel of no return" because the "slot of instant destruction" can only hold handheld objects. Therefore the Sim merely appears to stand within the barrel of hot lava if placed there, as shown in the attachment.

I'm pretty sure there could be global mods to eliminate all bills, homework and college assignments, but that was not my purpose. I wanted to have this feature available only on a selective basis by lot.

In addition, I love the visual humour involved in Sims autonomously trashing - or better yet composting - these undesirable objects. It makes for fun story telling even if its only playing out on the screen and in my head!

This is nice. I'm not just "still playing" sims 2, I went back to sims 2 after
playing sim3 for some time. Was like coming home. I just enjoy sims2 more, there is much more cc for it (yes, I must be patient) and all in all, I miss that folder system.
I spend too much time in sims3 looking for all of my objects for one room.
Things (and sims) look better and maybe that's because I don't do change very well.
There's a real possibility that 5 years from now I'll find I enjoy the sims3 more. I do like the ingame recolor tool. That's about it tho. So if you still make sims2 cc; there are still people looking for it!

I have more Sims 2 project ideas in my head than I have time for, so I am not at all interested in changing games. However, it is possible that I might have to learn to do Sims 3 if I want to make custom content for Sims Medieval. But that game is still on order, so I don't really know if I'll be inspired by it or not.

Thank you for the insight and encouragement yorkiemum.

Thank you Michelle. I'm thinking your beautiful textures - which show the barrels at their very best - may just have tipped the scales for this project.

Thank you Shilene, but I'm sorry, the Sims 3 just isn't in the cards.

Cool concept! Unfortunately for me, I do not have a desire to build a medieval themed neighborhood. Do you have any plans for one with a sci-fi mesh?

The Custom Trashamatics perform the same function in futuristic style.
