Meh, not bad, just too many roads to place a big lot in the centre of town. But the rest if fine.

You know, no one is forcing you to download anything you don't like. And yes, there's space for even the largest lot size (5x6) on the main streets. As I said in the main thread, this is designed as a small town for my own game, and I never use large lots anyway.

Tiny and flat with perfect situation/lot sizes... I'm glad you shared it! I've been procrastinating with adding vacation subhoods to my newest nhood, but because of this terrain, I will add a Mountain destination right now :D
