Very nice! I love it. The tree near the pool in picture #8 doesn't look familiar - where did you get it? Is it Seasons compatible?

Thank you for taking the time to make such a beautiful creation, and also for sharing it with the rest of us. I wish I could live in it, LOL!

That's such a challenging house plan to get "right" but you pulled it off beautifully. Nice job!

The picture of the pool with the tree in the distance "9PoolandPond" is the one I assume you mean (when taking pictures for upload I did have an earlier picture that I did not include, so my numbering is a bit off- sorry)

Its a Weeping Willow, maxis content fully compatible.
I haven't been using custom content yet because:
a)then I have to go and ask permission, remember who made it so I can credit ect, and I'm not too good at remaining organised for that, and I'm strapped for time atm and
b) because many people can't cope with or don't like to have lots of cc, so it makes it easier for them to download my lots.

I love this house! It is absolutely beautiful and proves you really don't need cc to achieve that (I have zillions myself though ...). Downloaded it right away!
