Looking at this again Ben, isn't the siding corners Armi's two-tone ones? Or is there an in-game one now?

Yes there is, it came with either WA or AMB.

I'm using the Sunset Valley (Second Edition) world and the creator filled many lots with houses from Riverview which are very boring compared to yours. You may well become the town's new architect. Basements and attics add so much more to a property.

My sim is stuck downstairs in the basement.... once they go down there they can't get back up, they go up one level of the stairs, then turn around and come back up...
