Thanks, everyone.

yayme123: This fire will not cause Sims to panic. Sims seem to be completely oblivious to the hood decor around their lots. In fact, the flames will not be visible while you are playing a particular lot. If you want decorative flames to be visible while in the lot, check out Sophie-David's effects (linked in the thread).

I don't mind if you call me "MSD" or something for short.

Can the fire be visable on lots that you play? I would love to customize where it burns for storytelling.

ZombieCrash7, click the "Related" tab for a link to the "Apocalyptic Effects & Trashamatic Recolours, with Decorative Junk" set by Sophie-David. The fire there can be visible while playing lots.

Installed twice, but nothing is available ("effects" in hood view, or anything else). ALSO about references to SophieDavid's stuff being "viewable from lots" -- not really, they ARE lot deco, NO HOOD>

@grammapat Hmmm...I'm not sure what to tell you why it's not showing up. Either a conflict or maybe your graphic settings? Yes, I didn't mean to say/imply that they are hood deco. They are visible in lots because they are lot deco.

I don't mind if you call me "MSD" or something for short.

I DID find the ones for lot, work fine, but I thought there were TWO different types, one for lots & one that is HOOD deco, which can be seen from hood view AND from lots. And I changed my graphic settings as suggested.

Correct. Mine are hood deco. SophieDavid's are lot deco.
