Wow, this house is indeed tiny.

What I like about it is that it's placed on a little slope and... wow, so cheap. Well done!

Downloading! Now all I have to do is switch the bed for a loft bed, and throw a desk or dresser underneath it, and we're perfect!

Small lots are OK, but kitchen, living room and bedroom in one is not good idea for home I think.

Actually, most student dorms here in Germany are designed that way, and it doesn't seem to bother anyone. My brother just moved into one of those, and he's just fine

Anyway, great job here; really inspiring, I love it :lovestruc

This is cute, but I guess my sim will have to wash their hands in the shower when they get off the john...lol. It's a nice little house though. I like the overall layout and feel of it.

Not just Germany. It is common in many countries, also common for the young adult's first place when moving out from parents, often students.
I have lived in one such place, it was really teeny tiny, everything in same room with exception for the bathroom.

It works well if you live on your own alone. Then if you are a couple you can still have such an apartment but maybe of a little bigger space. Many lives like that.
it is because space is expensive in cities.

My username here is sweetichigodream, but I am better known as Helena and/or Funny Bunny! :) would love to change username...

Living room + kitchen is OK in small house but this bed... Half wall would be enough to make it better but there is no place for it.

A lot of studio apartments here in Florida are like that... some even smaller. My Aunt lived in one very similar to this for a few years.
