I'm a bit surprised how spacious the house looks inside, it doesn't look like that from the outside. Adding a basement is also a great idea. I love the roofing and the colours very much. It's a lovely little house.

I'm glad you like it. I built the outside shell of the home first, and I wanted to squeeze a second bedroom in there somewhere. I usually hate little closet bedrooms, but I tried to keep it cute and functional.

It is a 1x1. On MTS you should always be able to find the lot details in the post. In this case, it is at the bottom.

I had to leave a comment even though this is an old upload. I had some problems with my game (just like everyone else) and for some reason the stupid launcher barfed out all my houses even though I had put them in Downloads. At any rate, this one at the top of my list to find and re-install. I love this little house, and if placed on a larger lot it has all the expansion capabilities of a future family home. Thank you so much for this adorable lot!
