The first two words that came to my mind when I saw the pictures of this lot were "Wow" and "amazing" - both already used in the first two comments - D'oh!

What a lovely starter home - it's pretty cool to have a swimming pool, too - and it doesn't look like a starter home. Great work!

This is just so clean and sleek, its like a Ferrari or some other sleek car, just with a different color scheme. Not to many people build modern houses in this style (because apparently there are different types of modern styles) and when they do, they just turn out so beautiful. I love the color scheme on the inside, with the rock and the brown, and I just love how the couch is the only blue thing in the living room so it just pops out, while still matching the other things due to the buttons.

I love it!! My computer isn't very high end so it can't handle large homes so I've been looking for small homes that also look modern and stylish and this fits the bill. Wish I were a Sim living in this home!

Wow farfalle - absolutely stunning! You took a very small place and made it so beautiful....it's hard to see how small it is.

I usually don't comment on uploads, but this was so great I had to! This is by far my favorite house. So many people make beautiful, but expensive, houses on here and no one thinks of the poor sims ya start out with! I love what you did with the space, this is perfect

Fantastic looking house.
If I made a Sims 2 version of this, would you be flattered or angry?
I would include a link back to this, of course.

Thanks.
It probably won't happen today or tomorrow, but it will happen.
Edit: It's happened.

I don't have sims 3, but this makes me want it, probably more than most of the other houses I've looked at on here. It's beautiful; a really lovely design and a great use of space.
