Very nice external architecture. The layout is compact and fully funtional, overall a very workable home. Great job!

Lew's first modern house in a long time, and it is excellent!

This is an absolutely beautiful two-story house, but unfortunately it is not a split level. Split level homes have slightly higher parts to the main level on one side or the other, or front to back, but not a full story higher.

First off, thank you for the compliment about the house. But, I shall rephrase then, it's a second story split level then. The second story has a lower section which is where the stairs connect. So the lower section is effectively useless other than for aesthetics (2 stair cases, as you would usually find in real life house this size) unless it were to be expanded.
(Unless I'm mistaken, as my forays into CFE have thus far been quite basic...).

I got both of your modernistic ones and slammed 6 units in my town - on a space that usually holds 3 homes. Just what I was looking for!

Looks very pretty and like a realistic housing project. Can't wait to move into one of those when my nectar making phase is over

Great job!
Oh and thanks for not using EPs!

Very cute little home! As a rule, I don't usually care for modern type homes, but this one is just so clever and charming, that I just had to download it for my game! It's going to look great in Lucky Palms. Thanks so much for sharing it.
