May I ask. I have heard problems with people getting flooded basements because their homes are placed on low ground level. If I were to build houses on the lower section with basements in them, would the flood because that ground is almost at sea level.

Other than that this looks absolutely awesome and I really want to try it out!

I Don't know, I think the game wouldn't react like that as basements aren't exactly a thing that came with the game, try it! I'm sure it will be fine!

I so wish someone could make the Gilligan's Island characters as sims..

Do you have the base game only..... Or expantion packs? I have sims 2 AND sims 3 and find sims 2 more fun.. plus i cant play sims 3 at the moment!

Terrains are base game compatible. The Beaches Come with Bon Voyage.

Thanks!I could really use this in my TOT challenge for a main district founded in the 16th century or as a shopping district added a little later on.
