This is really beautiful. The house and grounds truly have an old Italian villa feel about them and you did it with no cc. Very impressive!

i absolutely love this house and i want to expand on it. How did you go the quarter walls above the second floor? and what roof did you use?

For the quarter walls I created a third floor, then I lowered it using the cheat "boolProp constrainFloorElevation [true/false]"...
I recommend you this good tutorial: http://www.modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=77423
The roof I used is Maxis mansard roof.
