I had a blast building this park, and I'm thrilled to see that other simmers are amused by it too.

Where were you having issues? I've changed this park around a bit, and I've cleared out some things, so let me know if you have an issue with this one.

It's interesting, but mobile home courts can be many things...They can be small, rural, off-the-beaten-path arrangements of well-looked after little homes, occupied by retirees, looking to spend their Golden Years in peace and seclusion. They can be run down, and weathered collections of dwellings, for folks who are down on their luck and have little means of cash and support...country bred people who are just doing what they can to survive. They can be fairly decent sized homes, big enough for raising a couple of kids, set together along paved roads, with a church, a couple of small schools, a grocery store, and a community center...Cozy! They can also be eye-popping, double and tripple wide luxury dwellings, with multiple add ons, and large gardens, all set inside a faced off, gated area, with private security protection it's own fire Department, an elementary school and a high school, a swimming pool, skating rink, drive-in theater, Tennis and Basketball courts, a miniature gold course, small shopping center, a community center, hiking, jogging, and bicycle trails, small, ornamental lake, playground, and even a Dog Park! The vast, green lawns are carefully groomed, the flowerbeds, all neatly trimmed, and all of the low-growing trees, lovingly trimmed and cared for. Everything sculptured to fit into a predefined layout, that none can deviate from. This is a neighborhood where everyone is comfortably wealthy, and the community leaders know the income of each and every household. None of the homes may exceed a certain number of feet, the flowerbeds can hold only certain varieties of plants, and the trees can be just so tall... The lawns look as though they have been vacuumed...and actually, they HAVE been! It's the sort of place that boasts about being the ideal environment for raising a family, but NO ONE ever sees any children out and about, or even making use of the large, well equiped Playground. In the Dog Park, you see one man, tossing a Frisbee for his Dalmation. It's hardly what one envisions when when the expression "Trailer Court" enters the conversation. But, I've seen several of these. And, it's hardly what comes to mind when someone mentions "Trailer Trash". Sims 3, seems to buy into the poor man's living arrangement. All the same, I'd love to see a few designers come up with examples of all of the types and styles of Trailer Parks I mentioned, as well as any other kind that other folks have happened to spot during their travels. In England, they are called "Caravans", and "Caravaning" is an extremely popular way to spend one's holiday. I'm sure that The Brits have their OWN ideas about how a Trailer or "Caravan" Park ought to look...and you can bet the larger ones have Cricket Pitches.

I know that not all trailer parks have to be rundown messes, but I actually designed this particular lot after searching and finding only very neat and clean trailer parks. A more upscale park simply would not have fit the group of sims I created. I'm not quite sure where you're seeing the other rundown parks, but it wasn't the norm when I was searching for an appropriate lot.
