Beautiful and beachy! I really like the architecture, particularly the different levels of dormers. The sidings are perfect with the surroundings!

Lovely house, so glad you chose to share it with us! You've really captured the seaside feel with this and I love your internal decor choices too

I really like the blue circles rug - how did you do that? or where is it from?

Lovely house, wonderful Landscaping and fantastic use of Maxis content.
My guess Karen is that it is the rug from teenstyle placed 5 times in different ways, and it looks fantastic!

Yes I know it's a maxis rug - I just wanna know how she managed to place it like that, especially with the blue edging! Gonna have to go and play now or download the house

Yes, the rug is maxis, I believe it is from teenstyle stuff, as ekrubynaffit said. I didn't do anything special to make the edge, just used the move objects cheat to layer it. I am glad you like it, I thought it looked kinda neat.
