just wondering, do you HAVE to have everything? or can you just remove it? because i don't want anything that could crash my game.... :P

No, the CC is essential for the house to look exactly like it is in the screenshots, but you can of course leave it out and put in your own furniture, and the game automatically replaces it with base game stuff, though I'm not exactly sure how aesthetically pleasing that would look.

This nice little house was a very fabtastic find for my artistic sim, I consider a sort of Artist's Loft! Thank you so much for putting the time and work into building this!
