Gosh, this is simply amazing! Love the idea with the hidden apartment!
I can't install it unfortunately though, I'm missing some stuff packs... :'< But you definitely gave me some inspiration to create my own version, so thank you very much for that!

This is amazing and haunting! I love how the stairwell of the "lair" goes through the normal apartments. You could have be sharing a wall with villainous fiend and you don't even know it! It's genius I tell you!
