When I place the apartment on an empty lot, it looks like a blank lot. The apartment is invisible. Please help. I only have the base game

Does it look empty from townview? It will be visible when you get in there, I see the same some times. If you're on the lot and only see the apartment I don't know. You should try help in the menu at the top of the page.

when I click on edit town and try to place it, it's blank

Go to help instead, I don't know what you're talking about

Did you try to go into the lot so to load it? In my game it sometimes looks empty, but works fine when you're on the lot.

You probably downloaded the wrong file Take the S3P file.

The apartment is beautiful. I just have one question, there is no callbox so my visitors cant call me. How can I fix this?

That is a good point, and something I completely forgot, or didn't realise. Lets see if I can find it for you.

Edit: According to an old tutorial it should be possible to get here:

The callbox can be found in Buy Mode, Sort by Function, Electronics, Miscellaneous Electronics. This is used to "call" other residents in your apartment. You will want to place this in one of the areas you have marked as public with the Public Room Marker.


It wouldn't surprice me if you need LateNight for it to be available. I only have ITF available at the moment, and I can't find it. I can't find a downloadable callbox either, only the trashshute and wall mailbox.

The markers I use to make these apartments no longer requires LateNight, but that might not apply to the callbox.
