These are fantastic! Thanks for modding the sizes of the items. Some of the original furniture is just too large for smaller homes. Glad you're still active!

I apologize in advance if I missed this information but can this bar be used on a community lot? Will it generate a bartender? I downloaded it anyway as it is really wonderful to have a bar that matches the kitchen. Thanks!

Hi! I love your Smallhouse Models set, but it seems to have a GUID conflict problem? After installing some cc (including this set) the kitchen counter disappeared, both from the catalogue and lots. SimPE's GUID scanner showed the TV from this set as a duplicate of the counter and disabling it indeed made the counter come back.
