yeah is it available from the gallery? also what lot type does it go under...or does it really matter?

Wonderful lot! My sims love spending time there! Though to make other sims visit the lot more willingly I had to switch the lot type to "cocktail bar" (somehow they didn't feel like coming around while it was generic community lot type U_U). Thank you!
