I think it would be kinda funny if random townies had creepy eyes it would give your town more mystery and stuff :D

You could make any of these random if you know how to use s4pe - go into the CASP grid and set Parm Flags/AllowForRandom to 'True'. I made the 28 Weeks eyes random for my own game just for giggles.

Thank you both! I admit I got bored with TS3 and retired from creating, but I'm finding TS4 fun (aside from how it crashes constantly), so hope to create some stuff for it.

ETA: I discovered that the reason my game was crashing constantly was due to several female-to-male hair conversions that contained meshes. I removed them and no crashes since then - just a heads-up in case anyone having the same problem reads this!
