Default I am not sure. But the house looks good.
I was downloading all the requirements needed for this house, when I got to the last is said "http://modthesims.info/download.php?t=540407" I clicked into it and it led me to your rug download. Not the "electronic anywhere" download. So I am not sure if I need the electronic or the rug. Thanks. The house looks great.

Thanks for the heads-up, that link was wrong. I have corrected it now.

Thank you so much for sharing these houses. They're absolutely lovely!

I do, however, have a question regarding downloading and installing them into the game. I have the proper files in the Tray folder, but not a single one seems to be showing up in-game. The .bpi, .trayitem, and .blueprint are all accounted for, but am I missing something? I would love to be able to use the houses.

Check that you have the "Show Custom Content" option enabled in your library. Bottom left.
