Can you describe this problem in detail ?

Did you put the files in Tray folder in the right place ?

I've done a research about this problem, you can go to "My Library" in game and look at the left corner, there's Category, Sort By, Advanced..

Open Advanced and tick the "Include Custom Content"

Thank you for the beautiful sim. I just want to know did you use custom (CC) eyes? It seems that I cannot change the color of her eyes in my game.. If yes, would mind posting the link to the cc eyes. Thanks in advance.
