WOW! This is absolutely fantastic. Finally my downtown can have a proper industrial area. I just stared at this for a few minutes with my mouth agape. Thank you!

These are really cool. Some are going to become community lots in my game: I know some teens who want to meet their girlfriends/boyfriends somewhere downtown to make out.

Nifty idea! I really like seeing non-house non-shop lots. Imaginative, different, and very nicely made!

So interesting! You make it possible for our sims to have broader horizons that just their modern or traditional family homes with picket fence!

A wonderful set of lots and it definitely fills a whole in terms of available industrial lots. Thank you.

This is super great, I am building a 'hood almost from scratch, including sub hoods and I just realized I am not necessarily up to the task of building everything 100% from scratch. I was browsing lots tonight...my "downtown" is a riverside/portside hood, these will be absolutely GREAT! Thank you.

Praxis - human activity in society and nature
Subarashii - splendid; glorious

Nope, although your definition for Praxis is certainly fitting for the source I got the name from! I bet that's not by accident...

This is amazing! I turned the containers of Consolidate Shipping Yard into apartments and put some poor sims in there who can now attempt to make enough money to move away from there. Really fun for storytelling as well!
