Nice makeover & especially cool that it requires no CC! I love CC, but having to download a laundry list of items I will never use again just for one lot gets tiring.

Hum! Looks like one of my remakes of this one. I guess you could say, "Great Minds Think Alike?" I really enjoy doing remakes of the lots that comes with the game. The seem to come 'Alive' when we add our own special touch.

Thanks for the idea. I did something similar to this place. The layout was just atrocious. But if you knock down most of the walls downstairs and shorten the upstairs bathrooms you can make it all much more livable without having the price go up by much. By the way did you notice all the windows were installed the wrong way? All the "midnight ride" ones. I also moved one of the upstairs bathrooms so they were both in the octagonal nooks. There's enough room for a shower/bath combo and a sink and toilet. And each bedroom sat at a nice and cozy 4x4.Which is not huge but just big enough for a double bed and two small one tile closets for the master bedroom and at least 2 beds (4 if you're using bunk beds) in the other rooms. Without furnishings it cost $18,928 which is just under the CAS money a singleton would come in and perfect for a CAS family. Thanks so much for the idea.. I'd download yours but I don't really put other people's lots in my game because I'm trying to keep the download folder as neat and tidy and possible and lots and Sims might come with random CC that might just sneak in and whatever but I appreciate your work. It did give me inspiration after all.

@rumplesimskin Well your safe with any of my uploads, I do not use CC for any of my uploads.

(As for MooVille and the 3 CC for it I included them for Mootilda used them in that special house she created.)

Yes the cheat was enabled during pic taking in my full game setup because it is much easier to get better shots.

In my AGS Base Game hood no cheats were active to build (rebuild) the house. By the way "boolprop testingchetsenabled true" is not CC.
