Looks interesting, but I see two downloads: Romantic Residence and Romantic Residence (2)

What's the difference? And which is which?

Stripped of bathroom appliances, kitchen cabinets and appliances, window treatments, and chandeliers, the price comes down to 22208. Almost a starter, and a good modest second house.
