These are so wonderful and so ironic as I was just looking for Japanese style living quarters for my new playtoy http://mysims3blog.blogspot.com/201...d-by-nax33.html
Thank you so much for these! Love!

I must admit I find these kinds of buildings so ugly in real life, but you are so clever with your texture and object choices, that I can't help but love them.

Oh, no, no CAW at all, it's just a bulldozed Bridgeport that I use as a construction site for my Tokyo-esque building attempts (and I also play here while work-in-progress). I'm not talented for CAW, any time I try to terraform something realistic in Sims or SimCity, the results are pathetic.
And yes, poor things might look ugly, I agree, but if there is something that I learned during my building attempts in Sims 3 is that if you, at a certain point, achieve an emotional bond with a certain universe, or lore, or city, or sub-culture, then this emotional bond might become so overwhelming that you would see beautiful when others see plain ugly. Classic example is the GTA V fan's (like me) love affair with the trashy and smelly world of Californian desert trailer park. Tokyo has also become a bond for me lately, I learned to appreciate artistic anime recently, and I tasted a Japanese Playstation game, so... I start to become totally blinded by this new bond.

Love the exterior! It's unlike anything I've seen built before for this game. Great look! This would be a must have if I played Sims 3.
