lastException.txt files are produced by MC Command Center when there's an error with mods/CC in your game… very annoying because sometimes (a lot of the time) it's harmless, but there's no way to shut the error notifications off. I've been getting one too since the latest patch too - a particularly annoying one that pops up over and over again until I reset literally everything, but I'm not sure if this mod is what's causing it.
