Very serene and relaxing place to unwind. My overwrought Simmie doctors, nurses and scientists will love this. lol

I rarely DL "re-do" lots but I like yours so much more than Maxis'es I'm going to put it in my game that I'm slowly re-building after loosing my computer to electronic doom several weeks ago. Many thanks for posting it. P.S. have you found Windkeepers Japanese stone lanterns? They would look great on a lot like this.

There's a new Japanese steak house going up in my new suburb!! This looks wonderful and very inviting too. I think sims will really use the lot in an auronmous way. Thanks.

Lovely lot, Liz---I'd never seen this one of yours before. I especially like how your Asian-influenced uploads generally don't use stereotypical palettes and cliches, although the karaoke machine here is a nice wink!
