Thanks! My Sims are all poor and I suck at building houses but it's hard to find nice inexpensive house downloads!

Very nice job you did tkdjunkie .....nice looking cheap houses are really not that easy to build.

This looks nice. I like the cozy single story homes best. Thanks, and I'm looking forward to seeing more of your work.

Thanks! All I ever see on the exchange on thesims2.com are big houses. I rarely see nice inexpensive starter homes like this! Thanks a bunch!

Please, please PLEASE make more budget friendly houses. It would be ever so much appreciated, or at least by me it would.

It says 'University Required' in your post, and stupid of me, I downloaded it anyways, since I don't have Uni, but it showed up in my game anyways, so, shouldn't it not say 'University Required'? Well, anyways I love thast house. Now, I didn't have to take up half my time making a house for them sims.

Oh, okay! I wasn't sure if it would be required or not, so I put it there just to play it safe Thanks for letting me know.

Wonderful! There are some very good starter homes out there, but most are not suitable for families. Very cute =)

Thanks again tkdjunkie. I think I prefer this house to your second house, only because this one is more adaptable for a growing family (at least for me) but both are fantastic for the price... Umm... more to come? (Subtle hint)
