By any chance would anyone know if there is a tutorial or any resources that can assist when creating custom skills. I was informed of this tutorial Here. And this hidden skill tutorial was a massive help when wanting to create a function where a sim would receive a custom trait after performing a task a couple of times. However, I would like to know how to create viewable skills. If anyone could share a resource or any suggestions, that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

This can be disregarded. I started using a mod as a reference that uses a visible custom skill. I think I can figure it out from here.
