Is the custom content included in the sim package? I couldn't find the skintones at simstv.com.

Just a note - I see that the screenshot from CAS is really blurry. Not the pic itself, but the custom content, rather. I had the same problem - if you adjust your graphics settings to "high", everything will look SO much better and more detailed... both in CAS and in-game

(You cannot adjust settings during CAS. It can be found under the options, where "save" and such are, with the little icon of a computer monitor.)

Try it out If the result effect is too slow for your system, you can reset it to low or medium later.

PS - Your sim is lovely
