@Broook.. it seems so, but there is all in the package. Copy the file in you DL´s and you can recolour with BS. I put it together so you have a template for the UV´s.

There is no dressoutfit and you can´t use BS to recolor because it dont show up in BS

Bink13y, you may want to look at this again, it is most definately a mesh, for one the bottom of the skirt is angled, and for 2 (this is a biggie) it has the sims actual legs and other parts inside the skirt rather than the black filler. BTW supertramp, thanks for this mesh, I like it a lot, and have made a couple recolors, am uploading one in a few moments for approval. theres (((((NO))))) mesh contained in the download! only a referance to the origional in game one.

Open in SimPE (any version) and see for yourself. this isent rocket science :P

@Bink13y: If you create a new mesh you must have a reference. The urban mesh from univerity was my reference, so you find the filenames in it. Take your time and create a mesh and you will see what i mean.
