All i can say is wow.

I was actually going to attempt this style house in the near future. Maybe by downloading it, i can see how it is built, and help guide me on my own.

Not necessary, the half wall meshes should be included in the file.

I LOVE this house! Coming from someone who is from California and goes to Hollywood/Beverly Hills almost every weekend...this looks EXACTLY like a house in Hollywood. Thanks so much!

This is just perfect for my actress sim who lives alone (romance aspiration, you know). I was planning on building something a lot like this, but this is even better than what I had in mind. Thanks!
