I Believe the furnished version requires nightlife because of the car,but the unfurnished version may not unless he/she used nightlife architectual objects. Hope I helped

the driveway itself is a NL object so my guess is it wouldn't work without

Great Job! It looks just like the original house! Ariesprep: It probably is compatible with nightlife! But when i didn't have nightlife, I still downloaded a house that you needed nightlife for and it still worked! The only thing is...theres going to be blue objects or parts you're going to have to delete since they're with nightlife...for example: the garage and car will probably be in blue...

she writes in the description this (you should read them. That is what they are there for)

It requires both Nightlife and University to play with both versions, cause it has, at least, columnes from university and driveways from nightlife, maybe something else.

Now I'm not looking for absolution. Forgiveness for the things I do. But before you come to any conclusions. Try walking in my shoes. You'll stumble in my footsteps.

Um.... It still requires an EP. I downloaded the "NO EP" version, but installer says, "This package requires Expansion data not available."
So... It's not NO EP, is it?

I have both Uni and NL, so I can't tell for sure.
Try to install it using Clean Installer, i think it won't give you problems.
If there is any ep data, then it'll just dissapear. Since the House is unfurnished, nothing critical shouldn't happen.
