That is adorable. I don't even really play Sim pets, but now I want to give every house a puppy or kitten.

I absolutely love this mod, I'm thoroughly enjoying playing around creating puppies and kittens just to see what they'll look like! One thing that I have noticed is that puppies (and maybe kittens, I haven't tried them) seem to sometimes get random eye colours rather than an eye colour inherited from one or both parents. When they age up to adult dogs their eye colour then changes to an inherited colour. For example, I used Christianlov's baby pet creator to create three puppies. Both parents had dark brown eyes. All three puppies had red eyes, which became dark brown when they became adult dogs. Does this randomisation of puppy eye colour happen without the coat markings and/or baby pet creator mods as well? I've never really paid much attention to puppies!

@lauratje86 - Kitteninthewindow also made a fix for puppy and kitten eyes that looks like it would fix your puppy problem.

Not an awesome find, but this thread is the only place where it feels semi-appropriate to share off-site things. A while back I promised to merge twojeffs potty fixes with MogHughsons potty use bin mod, and it's now up on my tumblr so I wanted to mention it somewhere so people who wanted it can see it. Get it in this tumblr post.

It is semi-beta version. I have tested it and it works fine, but it's not been tested quite as thoroughly as the things I release on MTS, and since it's not my code I can't guarantee there isn't some small thing I've missed. So if you come across a problem, please let me know and I will do my best to fix it

Gummilutt, I just checked your tumblr and saw your custom memories. Did you ever upload that anywhere? I had never heard of the Tattered Diary, but I checked it out and plan to get it. I really like the memories you made and would love to have them in my game.

Haven't uploaded it yet, no. It is ready, but not sure how to present it in terms of screenshots, and the upload text. Nice to hear you are interested though I am very fond of my memories. I won't make any promises as to when it might be out, because it is rather a massive project that will take hours and hours to upload, but I'm hoping to get it out before Christmas. Just need to get the inspiration to come up with some way to present it

As it's a mod (of sorts) all it needs is an illustrative image - maybe either a sim using the diary or perhaps a picture of them either recalling the memory or remembering something else where you paste in the icon you used for the memories you created.

Next, deedee-sims has got some dog handkerchiefs, in keeping with the pet theme above.

Then MDP has some holiday goodies at Hell Has Spoken, including Christmas sweaters, holiday hats, and winter backdrops.
